On 25 September 2026, Tohoku held a pre-departure orientation session for trainees preparing to work in Japan.
The session focused on the theme: “Showing love for our country through a strong work ethic, honesty and discipline, and contributing to a positive image of Vietnam in Japan.”
Trainees were reminded of their responsibilities when working overseas, including following rules, being honest at work and maintaining a serious and responsible attitude.
Each trainee represents not only themselves but also contributes to the image of Vietnamese people living and working overseas. For this reason, every trainee is encouraged to be aware of their conduct and maintain appropriate manners and behaviour while in Japan.
