Recently, Tohoku Sông Đà Joint Stock Company organized a meaningful Career Orientation Day for Grade 12 students at Phùng Khắc Khoan High School, Hanoi. The program not only provided practical career information but also inspired students and strengthened their confidence as they approach one of the most important turning points in their lives.
From early morning, the atmosphere was vibrant with the participation of numerous students, teachers, and business representatives. Mr. Nguyễn Chí Hiếu, Head of Business and Training Department and representative of Tohoku Sông Đà Joint Stock Company, shared his personal journey of studying and working — from his early uncertain days to his professional growth in a structured working environment. His practical and relatable stories helped students understand that every career path comes with its own opportunities and challenges.
Valuable vouchers from Tohoku Sông Đà were also presented to encourage students in their pursuit of knowledge and skill development for the journey ahead.
In addition to the sharing session, the program included workplace model visits, introductions to potential job positions, and guidance on essential skills for the future. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive sincere advice from experienced professionals. Through these interactions, they gained clearer insights into their interests and abilities, enabling them to make informed decisions about their future paths.
What remained after the event was not only career information but also a meaningful message: whichever path you choose, stay persistent. No one is perfect, and no success comes without setbacks. Failure is not the end — it is a lesson that helps us grow. Most importantly, maintain your belief and never give up halfway.
The Career Orientation Day concluded with enthusiasm and determination from the Grade 12 students. It is hoped that through today’s guidance and inspiration, they will confidently move forward, pursue their dreams with resilience, and continue striving toward success.
