This recruitment is for a position in the construction sector, specialising in construction machinery operations, at construction sites in Nagano. Workers will be involved in construction-related tasks, including operating and assisting with machinery and equipment used on construction sites, in accordance with the company's instructions.

CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY WORK IN JAPAN

As this is construction-site work, applicants are expected to be physically fit, adaptable to the working environment, responsible and committed to following workplace safety regulations.

For those who have previously worked in Japan, this position also provides an opportunity to make use of their existing experience, further develop their professional skills and build a long-term career in Japan.

WORKING HOURS AND HOLIDAYS

Working hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

This includes a total of 120 minutes of break time.

Overtime: Overtime work is available depending on the workload. Workers may be required to work on weekends, public holidays or during busy periods when construction schedules are tight.

Days off: Sundays, Golden Week, summer holidays and winter holidays, according to the company's work calendar.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Basic salary: Approximately JPY 240,000 per month, excluding overtime pay.

Expected deductions and living costs include:

• Social insurance, tax and related deductions: approximately JPY 30,000 per month.

• Accommodation: JPY 10,000 per month.

• Electricity and water: Based on actual usage.

• Bonus: Twice a year.

• Salary review after approximately 6 months of employment.

• Overtime opportunities are available, providing the potential to increase monthly income.

According to the recruitment information, Vietnamese senior workers (senpai) are currently working at the company, with actual monthly earnings of approximately JPY 270,000–320,000, depending on overtime and applicable allowances.

Employees will be enrolled in social insurance in accordance with Japanese law.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Male, aged 20–40.

• High school graduate or above.

• Previous work experience in Japan.

• Japanese language ability equivalent to JLPT N4 or above.

• Good communication skills.

• Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn.

• Active, adaptable and able to respond flexibly to workplace requirements.

• Good physical health and stamina.

• Willingness to work in Japan on a long-term basis.
