Song Da TOHOKU Joint Stock Company is recruiting male workers for a rebar installation position in Gifu, Japan. This job is open to men aged 20–35 and offers stable employment, opportunities for overtime work, and a working environment where many Vietnamese technical intern trainees are currently employed.

The main duties involve rebar installation at construction sites, carried out according to the instructions and work assignments of the receiving company.

WORKING HOURS AND HOLIDAYS

Working hours are from 7:30 to 17:00, including a 120-minute break, equivalent to 8 working hours per day.

Overtime may be available on weekends, holidays, or during busy periods, depending on the workload.

Days off include Sundays, Golden Week, summer holidays and winter holidays, according to the company's schedule.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Workers will be enrolled in social insurance in accordance with Japanese law.

The basic salary is approximately JPY 204,000 per month. After deductions, the take-home salary is approximately JPY 161,036 per month, excluding overtime pay.

In addition, workers will receive a JPY 70,000 allowance during the first month. Housing costs are approximately JPY 10,000 per month, while electricity and water charges are calculated according to actual usage.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have graduated from high school. No professional qualifications or previous technical experience are required.

Candidates should be in good health, hardworking, cheerful, responsible and willing to study Japanese.

Before departure, applicants are required to reach Japanese language level N5 and be able to greet others and introduce themselves in Japanese.

Applicants with tattoos are not accepted. Candidates must comply with the rules of the company and dormitory, as well as Japanese laws and regulations.
