WORKING HOURS AND DAYS OFF

Working hours are from 8:00 to 16:30, including a 60-minute break.

Overtime work may be available on weekends, public holidays, or during busy periods, depending on the workload.

Days off include Sundays, Golden Week, summer holidays and winter holidays, according to the company's schedule.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Workers will be enrolled in social insurance in accordance with Japanese law.

• Basic salary: Approximately 178,710 yen/month

• Take-home pay: Approximately 141,110 yen/month after deductions, excluding overtime pay

• Accommodation: Approximately 10,000 yen/month

• Electricity and water charges are calculated based on actual usage.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have graduated from high school. No specific qualifications or previous technical experience are required.

Candidates should be in good health, hardworking, cheerful, responsible and willing to study Japanese.

Before departure, candidates are required to achieve Japanese language level N5 and be able to greet others and introduce themselves in Japanese.

Applicants with tattoos are not accepted.

Candidates must comply with the rules and regulations of the company and dormitory, as well as Japanese laws and regulations.
