On the morning of 16 October 2026, Tohoku Songda’s Training Centre held a regular meeting with students to discuss compliance with rules, health management and the importance of maintaining good study habits.

During the meeting, students were reminded to seek permission and report their absence in accordance with the Centre’s regulations whenever they needed to miss classes or scheduled activities. Communicating promptly and providing the necessary information demonstrate a sense of responsibility. They also help the Centre keep track of each student’s situation and provide timely support when needed.

Students were also encouraged to take better care of their health, exercise regularly and maintain a balanced daily routine. Good health is essential for effective learning and training at the Centre, as well as for preparing for life and work in Japan.

Regarding the weekend schedule, the Centre reminded students to manage their free time sensibly while ensuring that all assigned homework is completed. Students should plan their study time, fulfil their learning responsibilities and arrive at the Centre on time according to the prescribed schedule.

The topics discussed at the meeting reflect essential habits that students need to develop as they mature and prepare to work overseas: communicating and reporting responsibly, taking care of their own health, and maintaining a serious and committed attitude towards learning.
