In order to meet the labour demand in Japan’s construction industry, Tohoku Song Da Joint Stock Company hereby announces the recruitment for the Reinforced Steel Work (Concrete Rebar Installation) position in Chiba Prefecture, with details as follows:

I. JOB INFORMATION

• Receiving company: TOHAN STEEL Co., Ltd.

• Management organisation: J-LEC

• Work location: Chiba, Japan

• Job category: Reinforced steel work for concrete structures

• Recruitment quota: 02 male candidates (referral basis)

• Expected interview/exam date: 13/05/2026

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

Selected workers will be responsible for:

• Processing and assembling steel reinforcements according to technical drawings

• Installing rebar for concrete structural works

• Supporting concrete pouring and construction finishing works

• Complying with workplace safety regulations on construction sites

• Other tasks assigned by the site supervisor

III. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Gender: Male

• Age: 18 – 35 years old

• Good health, no infectious diseases

• Priority given to candidates with experience in construction or mechanical work

• No Japanese language requirement at entry (training provided before departure)

• Disciplined, hardworking, and responsible attitude
