TOKUTEI AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE RECRUITMENT DETAILS

ATTRACTIVE SALARY AND BONUS PACKAGE

The basic salary is approximately JPY 187,200 per month, excluding overtime pay.

The salary is determined according to age. The above amount is based on the salary applicable to an 18-year-old candidate; older candidates may receive a higher salary depending on the applicable salary scale.

In addition to the basic salary, employees can receive:

• Annual bonuses paid 3 times a year, totalling approximately 4–5 months' salary per year.

• One salary increase per year.

WORKING HOURS, OVERTIME AND HOLIDAYS

Employees are entitled to:
