Fukuoka is also known for its delicious black sesame noodles, which are definitely worth trying.
On the southern side of Nakasu Island, where the river divides the city into the Hakata and Fukuoka areas, you can find many fixed street food stalls that are often considered even better than those in other places. Take a walk, explore freely, and choose your favorite dishes while the vendors enthusiastically invite you to try their specialties.
