The main duties involve plastering and construction work at building sites under the supervision and assignment of the Japanese employer.

WORKING HOURS AND HOLIDAYS

Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 120-minute break. Overtime may be available at weekends, on holidays or during busy periods.

Days off include Sundays, Golden Week, summer holidays and winter holidays, according to the company's schedule.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Employees will be enrolled in Japan's social insurance system in accordance with regulations.

The basic salary is approximately ¥260,000 per month. After deductions for social insurance, tax and other estimated expenses, the take-home salary is approximately ¥134,310 per month, excluding overtime pay.

In addition, employees will receive a first-month allowance of ¥70,000. Accommodation costs are approximately ¥19,000 per month, while electricity and water are charged according to actual usage.

REQUIREMENTS

No previous experience or specialised qualifications are required. Candidates should have completed upper secondary school and be hardworking, responsible, physically fit and able to communicate effectively.

Candidates are required to achieve Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N5 before departure.

Applicants with tattoos will not be accepted. Candidates with a driving licence are preferred.
