JOB INFORMATION

Job Description: Carry out waterproofing work for construction projects as assigned by the accepting company.

WORKING HOURS AND HOLIDAYS

• Working hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., including 120 minutes of break time each day.

• Overtime is available on weekends, public holidays, and during busy work periods.

• Holidays include Sundays, Golden Week, summer holidays, and winter holidays in accordance with the company's schedule.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Employees will be enrolled in the Japanese social insurance system in accordance with Japanese law.

Estimated salary and deductions are as follows:

• First-month allowance: JPY 70,000

• Basic salary: Approximately JPY 209,165 per month

• Social insurance and tax deductions: Approximately JPY 35,550 per month

• Accommodation fee: Approximately JPY 25,000 per month

• Utilities (electricity and water): Charged according to actual usage

• Estimated take-home pay: Approximately JPY 148,615 per month (excluding overtime pay)

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Educational Requirements

• High school graduate or above.

• No previous skills or professional experience required.

Japanese Language Requirement

• Applicants must achieve JLPT N5 before departure for Japan.

Other Requirements

• Able to greet others and introduce themselves in Japanese.

• Diligent and willing to study Japanese.

• Good communication skills.

• Active, hardworking, and resourceful.

• No tattoos.

• Willing to comply with the company's and dormitory's regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness in both accommodation and the workplace.

• Good physical health, able to work under pressure, and eager to learn.

• Free from chronic illnesses and infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, tuberculosis, or other communicable diseases.
