Occupation: Construction Machinery Operator

Job Description: Operation of construction machinery and participation in infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems and other public construction works.

WORKING HOURS AND HOLIDAYS

Working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including a 60-minute break.

Overtime work is available during weekends, public holidays and busy project periods depending on operational requirements.

Regular holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, Golden Week, summer holidays and winter holidays according to the company calendar.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Employees will be enrolled in Japan’s social insurance system in accordance with Japanese law.

Estimated earnings and deductions are as follows:

• First-month allowance: JPY 60,000

• Basic monthly salary: Approximately JPY 196,160

• Social insurance and tax deductions: Approximately JPY 28,000 per month

• Accommodation fee: Approximately JPY 25,000 per month

• Utilities (electricity and water): Approximately JPY 10,000 per month

• Estimated take-home pay: Approximately JPY 133,160 per month (excluding overtime)

As this is a construction-related position, employees may have opportunities to increase their income through overtime work when project schedules require additional labour.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Educational Background

• High school graduate or above

• No specific vocational qualification or work experience required

Japanese Language Requirement

• Japanese language ability equivalent to JLPT N5 before departure

Additional Requirements

• Ability to perform basic greetings and self-introductions in Japanese

• Willingness to study Japanese diligently

• Good communication skills

• Hard-working, responsible and adaptable

• No tattoos

• Compliance with company and dormitory regulations

• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness habits

• Respect for Japanese laws and regulations

• Good physical health and a positive attitude towards learning and work

• No infectious diseases such as Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, tuberculosis or other communicable illnesses

SELECTION METHOD

Candidates will participate in a face-to-face interview with representatives of the supervising organisation and the Japanese employer.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The host company currently employs a number of Vietnamese workers, including approximately 14 Vietnamese employees.
