1. Admission information for Hakodate campus

Training program:
Advanced course, duration 1 year and 6 months

Admission schedule:

• Application deadline: End of April 2026
• Deadline for submitting complete application (including original documents): May 25, 2026
• Deadline for submitting scanned documents for pre-checking: May 15, 2026
• Date of filing the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application: June 4, 2026

Application requirements:

• Age: Typically under 29 years old
• Educational qualifications: Completion of at least 12 years of schooling.
• Financial guarantor: Parents or the student themselves.
• Not an application for re-enrollment.
• Japanese language proficiency: From N5 (approximately equivalent to N4) to N4 and above.

Training program: A 1-year and 6-month
course , geared towards preparing for entrance exams to universities or vocational schools (senmon).

Admission schedule:

• Application deadline: End of April 2026
• Deadline for submitting complete application (including original documents): May 25, 2026
• Deadline for submitting scanned documents for pre-checking: May 15, 2026
• Date of filing the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application: June 5, 2026

Application requirements:

• Age: Typically under 29 years old
• Educational qualifications: Completion of at least 12 years of schooling.
