On January 13, 2026, we saw off Phạm Đình Nam and Trần Đức Bình as they departed for Japan to begin their employment journey.

Position: Semi-automatic welding
Contract duration: 3 years
Shortly before Nam departed for the airport, we had the opportunity to speak with his parents. Sông Đà Tohoku sincerely appreciates the trust his family has placed in us by entrusting their son to our training and preparation program, equipping him with the skills, discipline, and confidence needed to adapt quickly and integrate successfully into his new life in Japan.
