According to the announcement from the competent authorities of Vietnam and Japan, the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) skill evaluation test in the automobile transportation sector will be organized in Vietnam starting from April 2, 2026. The test is expected to take place in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang, and candidates can choose a suitable test date and test location during the registration process.
Candidates can register for the test through the Specified Skilled Worker test registration website or through sending organizations. The test fee is 50 USD (approximately 1,300,000 VND). The eligibility requirements include being at least 17 years old and possessing a valid automobile driver’s license issued by Japan or another country.
