[March 8, 2026 – DEPARTURE ANNOUNCEMENT] CONGRATULATIONS TO TWO TRAINEES FROM THE NORTHWEST REGION

On the morning of March 9, 2026, the city of Kyoto, Japan welcomed two more trainees from Sông Đà Tohoku, marking the beginning of their journey to work and gain valuable experience in the Land of the Rising Sun.

These two trainees both come from the resilient mountainous region of Northwest Vietnam:

• Vẩn A Lòng (born in 2001) – Lai Chau Province
• Vì Văn Hải (born in 2007) – Son La Province

After arriving in Japan, the two trainees will spend approximately one month staying and participating in an orientation training program at the supervising organization (Union) before officially starting work at their assigned company. This period is an important time for them to become familiar with their new environment, further improve their Japanese language skills, and gain a deeper understanding of workplace regulations, Japanese working culture, and essential daily life skills in Japan.

During the first few days, feelings of excitement and nervousness may make everything seem new and unfamiliar. Some of the lessons learned earlier may not immediately come to mind. However, this is completely normal, because learning through real-life experience is always the fastest and most effective way to grow. The time spent at the supervising organization and later at the company will gradually help them become more confident and mature in both their work and daily life.

Sông Đà Tohoku sincerely wishes the two trainees good health, safety at work, and a smooth integration into their new environment. May you continue to uphold the resilience and determination of the people from the Northwest mountains, and have a meaningful and successful journey in Japan.
