Working in the electronic component assembly industry offers trainees an excellent opportunity to gain experience in Japan's advanced manufacturing environment, learn professional production processes, and develop practical technical skills. Electronic component assembly requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, precision, and patience. Every component must be assembled and inspected according to strict quality control standards before leaving the production line. The trainees will be working in Shiga Prefecture, located in Japan's Kansai region. Shiga is best known as the home of Lake Biwa, the largest freshwater lake in Japan. It is also one of the country's important manufacturing centres, with strong industries in electronics, precision engineering, and machinery. Thanks to its convenient transportation network and close proximity to Kyoto and Osaka, Shiga offers a comfortable living environment while providing excellent opportunities to experience Japanese culture and daily life.

In the coming months, the trainees will continue participating in the pre-departure training programme at Song Da TOHOKU Joint Stock Company. The training will further strengthen their Japanese language proficiency, technical knowledge, workplace skills, professional manners, and essential information to ensure they are fully prepared before travelling to Japan.
