This is an ideal time for students to prepare their application documents and improve their Japanese language skills, increasing their chances of admission and a successful student visa application.
APPLICATION SCHEDULE
The school plans to complete interviews by 30 August 2026.
However, recruitment may close earlier once all places have been filled. Students are therefore encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible to secure an interview.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Graduated from upper secondary school (high school).

Minimum GPA of 6.5.
-
No more than five years between graduation and application.
-
No more than 12 absences during high school.
-
Must not have previously been refused a Certificate of Eligibility (COE).
-
Must not have family members currently studying in Japan or residing in Japan under the Tokutei Katsudō (Designated Activities) visa status.

Applicants must obtain a Japanese language certificate equivalent to JLPT N5 before their application is submitted to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS
To prepare for the school's interview, applicants are required to:

Study at least 10 designated lessons provided by the school.

Applicants who already hold a recognised Japanese language certificate will be given priority during the selection process.
TUITION FEES AND ACCOMMODATION
After being accepted, students are required to make the following payments:

One year's tuition fee.
-
Six months' accommodation fee.
-
Three months' accommodation fee must be paid in advance before arrival, in accordance with the school's regulations.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Applicants who pass the initial interview but have not yet obtained a Japanese language certificate equivalent to JLPT N5 will be required to attend a second interview in mid-October 2026 before their original documents are submitted to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
This means:

Passing the initial interview does not automatically guarantee that the application will be submitted to Japanese Immigration.

If the applicant does not meet the required standard during the second interview, the school may decide not to submit the application.
For this reason, students are strongly encouraged to continue studying Japanese seriously from the time they apply so that they can achieve at least JLPT N5 before the application is officially submitted.
