Osaka Gaigo Language School is now accepting applications for the April 2027 intake from Vietnamese students who wish to study and build their future in Japan.

ADMISSION INFORMATION

• Intake: April 2027

• Accreditation: Standard School

• Visa Duration: 1 year and 3 months

• Tuition Payment: One year's tuition

• Student Dormitory: Minimum stay of 3 months is required.

• Applicants who choose not to stay in the school dormitory must pay 1 year and 3 months of tuition fees in accordance with the school's regulations.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduate.

• Minimum GPA of 6.0.

• No more than 5 years since graduation.

• Graduates from Continuing Education High Schools (GDTX) are accepted.

• Former Technical Intern Trainees (TITP) who returned to Vietnam more than one year ago with all required documents are eligible to apply.

• Total absences during the three years of high school must not exceed 12 days.

INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS

• Japanese proficiency equivalent to completing approximately 40 lessons of the Minna no Nihongo textbook.

• Ability to communicate and answer basic interview questions in Japanese.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION TO THE JAPANESE IMMIGRATION SERVICES AGENCY

To be eligible for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application, applicants must prepare:

• A JLPT N5 certificate or an equivalent Japanese language qualification.

• A certificate confirming at least 150 hours of Japanese language study.

According to the school's tuition schedule:

• Students staying in the dormitory are required to pay dormitory fees separately.

• The school provides a JPY 7,000 textbook subsidy after students arrive in Japan.

• Students who do not stay in the dormitory must pay tuition for the 1 year and 3 months programme.

APPLICATION PERIOD

For the April 2027 intake, applications are scheduled to be accepted from 1 May 2026 to 15 October 2026, in accordance with the school's admission schedule.

Applications are reviewed based on the available quota, so prospective students are encouraged to apply early to allow sufficient time for document preparation and Japanese language study.
