On the morning of 6 October 2026, the Training Centre held a regular meeting to review students’ learning progress, discipline and preparation before travelling to Japan.
During the meeting, the Centre reminded several students about arriving late for class and failing to report when problems or unexpected situations arose. These may seem like small matters, but punctuality, responsibility and discipline are important qualities that students will need to maintain when working in Japan.
The meeting was also an opportunity to encourage students to keep making progress during this important stage of their preparation. Attending classes regularly and on time, actively practising Japanese and making a little more effort each day are all part of preparing for the journey ahead.

For students who have already obtained their status of residence, the Centre particularly reminded them not to become complacent. They should continue practising conversational Japanese, expanding their industry-specific vocabulary and becoming familiar with situations they may encounter in their future workplaces.
Obtaining a status of residence is an important step, but students still need to continue preparing so that they can study and work confidently in Japan. Japanese language skills, professional manners and discipline all need to be developed through daily practice.
Through the practical discussions during this morning’s meeting, the Training Centre will continue to closely support each student, provide reminders when necessary and encourage everyone to keep improving day by day.
The journey to Japan is getting closer. Careful preparation today will help students feel more confident when starting their new life and work in Japan.
