[19/05/2026] ORIENTATION SESSION ON THE JAPAN TECHNICAL INTERN TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES

On 19 May 2026, Tohoku Song Da Joint Stock Company organised an orientation session on the Japan Technical Intern Training Programme for candidates who had successfully passed the interview process and were preparing to begin their pre-departure training.

The session was conducted to help trainees gain a clearer and more practical understanding of their upcoming journey in Japan, while also updating them on the latest regulations related to the Technical Intern Training Programme in the current period.

During the session, the trainees were guided and informed about:

• Rights and benefits of technical interns working in Japan

• Obligations and responsibilities throughout participation in the programme

• Regulations regarding daily life, work, and compliance with Japanese laws

• Important notes on labour contracts, salary systems, bonuses, and insurance

• Japanese language learning spirit and professional attitude required before departure

In addition to providing programme knowledge, the session also helped the trainees better understand that the Technical Intern Training Programme is not only an opportunity to work and earn income, but also a journey to develop discipline, professional skills, and adaptability in an international working environment.

Many practical topics were also shared to help the trainees prepare mentally before studying and working in Japan. Questions relating to life in Japan, working environments, cultural adaptation, and the responsibilities of a technical intern were carefully addressed during the session.
